Due to the age and condition of the dishwasher unit, replacement was recommended to restore reliable operation and provide the benefits of a new unit's warranty. The customer is thankful that the old unit and rubbish is now removed and everthing is back to working again.

When was the last time you checked your hot water system? 🤔

This is what happens when a leaking tank gets left for two weeks. Rust, leaks, molds, and a much bigger bill than the replacement would’ve been. 💧

Most tanks last around 10 to 12 years. If yours is creeping past that, here’s your quick check:

✅ Find the compliance plate on the side for the manufacturer's date
✅ Look for rust or water pooling around the base
✅ Notice rusty or discolored hot water
✅ Listen for rumbling or popping when it heats

Ticking any of these? Get it looked at before it gives up on its own terms.
