We were honored to welcome Professor Yamei Zhang from Southeast University and Dr. Nan Zhang from Swinburne University of Technology to our office last week.
This visit marked a valuable opportunity for Australia-China academic exchange, with in-depth discussions on 3D printed construction technologies, sustainable building practices, and future collaboration opportunities.
Professor Zhang shared her cutting-edge research on additive manufacturing and eco-friendly construction materials, while Dr. Zhang provided insightful updates on global advancements in 3D printing and green architecture. 🔥 Fire test passed – 120 minutes under 8 tons of structural loading!

Last week, our wall and roof system has just passed full-scale fire testing, meeting the highest non-high-rise requirement in AS standards.

This is a major milestone and the last barrier for Modutek and for printed concrete housing in Australia.
