On October 10, The Wolves Den is trying to raise $42,000 to help rescue and restore 20 of them.
Twenty kids.
Not “raise awareness.”
Not another charity post everyone reacts to before scrolling on.

And we are asking our community - especially the business owners in it - to link arms with us and help fu***ng do it.
Because everybody says children should be protected.
Everybody says trafficking is evil.

We know.
We are living it too.
The Wolves Den has had some of the hardest months we have experienced in nearly ten years of trading.
Costs are up.
Customers are watching every dollar.
Payroll still arrives.
Rent still arrives.
And on October 10, we are still giving up the entire trading day.
Ten artists.
Our chairs.
Our team.
Our time.
Our revenue.
Our profit.
Not because business is booming.
Because some things matter more.
EVERYBODY HATES EVIL UNTIL FIGHTING IT COSTS SOMETHING.
And this hits differently when you look at your own kids.
My daughter Keira is six.
She worries about six-year-old s**t.
What’s for dinner.
Who gets the iPad.
Whether Bohdi touched something she hasn’t cared about for three weeks but has suddenly decided is the most important possession on earth.
She argues about bedtime.
She laughs until she can’t breathe.
She drives us fu***ng insane.
And every night she goes to sleep believing Mum and Dad will keep her safe.
That is exactly how childhood should be.
The thought we cannot shake is how little separates her life from the lives of these children.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR KIDS AND THEIRS ISN’T VALUE. IT’S GEOGRAPHY.
A border.
A birthplace.
A flip of a coin.
We were born here.
They weren’t.
And for 1.2 million boys and girls, this is not some horrible headline.
This is reality.
We use clean phrases like “child s*x trafficking” because the actual words make us uncomfortable.
Strip the language back.
Call it what it is.
CHILDREN BEING R***D FOR MONEY.
That is not fu***ng OK.
NO CHILD SHOULD NEED LUCK TO AVOID BEING SOLD.
It wasn’t Keira.
It wasn’t Bohdi.
It wasn’t your daughter.
Your son.
Your sister.
Your neighbour’s kid.
But somebody else’s child is still somebody’s child.
And that should make us angry.
But anger without action changes nothing.
Here is the hope:
Something can actually be done.
Destiny Rescue finds these children, helps get them out, and then supports the harder journey afterwards.
Safety.
Healthcare.
Counselling.
Education.
A future.
Not just rescued.
RESTORED.
They have helped free more than 27,000 children over 25 years.
For this campaign, the number is simple.
$2,100 WILL NOT CHANGE THE WORLD.
IT WILL CHANGE ONE CHILD’S ENTIRE WORLD.
One rescue.
One child.
