Hard winter pruning - to some, it may seem aggressive but a hard winter prune can control the height/aesthetics of your hedges and trees, is good for creating more dense shrubbery and is the right time of year to remove dead wood etc without sending the plant into shock. While it may be visually less appealing for a short time it is great for the overall health! Hopefully i remember to return in 6 months to show you the hedge progress!
