This site is now fully cleared, remediated and ready to be handed over to G.J. Gardner Homes Liverpool for the construction of a Torrens Title subdivision featuring 10 dwellings — 4 single dwellings & 3 dual occupancies.

Our scope included:
• Demolition of the existing asbestos-affected council building
• Complete tree clearing
• Site remediation
• Full site clearance & preparation
