When your Big Coast Tiny Home arrives, the hard work has already been done.
Your home is built on a trailer with a VIN and comes ready to connect to power and water.
Inside, it's already fitted out with the things you need to make it a home, including:
✔️ Full kitchen
✔️ Full bathroom
✔️ Hot water system
✔️ Washing machine connection
✔️ Ceiling fans
✔️ Air conditioning in our Kookaburra 9 Base for $92,000
✔️ Finished flooring, cabinetry and interiors
🚚 DELIVERY
We use an experienced, fully insured third-party tiny home transporter to deliver your home.
If you're within approximately 2 hours of us on the Gold Coast, delivery is generally around $1,500, subject to location and property access.
Once delivered, there are only a few final things to organise — connect your water and power, have a plumber determine and connect the appropriate wastewater solution, and add your steps/screens where required.
Then you're nearly ready to move in. 🏡

🏡 ORDERING A TINY HOME? HERE’S HOW OUR PAYMENT PROCESS WORKS

We keep our payment process simple and structured around the progress of your build.

✅ $5,000 deposit – secures your build and we order your custom trailer.

🚚 Trailer arrives – this generally takes around 3–6 weeks.

🔨 15% progress payment – once your trailer arrives, we request 15% of the build cost.

📋 The trailer is then transferred into your name – the VIN is transferred to you, so you own the trailer your tiny home is being built on.

🏠 Progress payments – from there, payments are made in stages as construction progresses through to completion.

You’re not paying for the whole home upfront — payments follow the progress of your build.

We’re excited to introduce our new Flamingo DB10 – a spacious 2-bedroom, all ground-floor tiny home with no lofts and no stairs.
At 10m long × 2.4m wide, this design features two queen-size bedrooms at opposite ends, a central kitchen/dining area, bathroom, laundry space and plenty of storage.
Perfect for anyone wanting the convenience of single-level living with two proper bedrooms.
🔨 We’re planning to have the first one built around Christmas, so you’ll be able to come and see it in person.
