Coast Homes was born from a collective desire to deliver a fresh approach to the Perth building market. With a strong heritage acquired from within one of Perth’s largest building companies, together our team have delivered award winning homes to Perth families for over 17 years. During that time we've come to appreciate that the real win has not been the accolades but the journeys shared and relationships forged along the way. Building a home is personal, it’s an invitation into someone’s life and we have seen how the personal touch is quite often lost with larger companies. Drawing from our rich history we are now bringing this big builder expertise to a more boutique niche, so other than our great looking designs, competitive pricing & custom home design service, the Coast Homes offering allows our clients more flexibility and collaboration as well as a hands on, personalised approach to customer service as standard. Every member of our team genuinely believe that is the difference between a good building experience and a great one.
