Hi everyone,

To anyone who has been affected by Altec going into voluntary administration — we’re genuinely sorry you’re in this position.

Paying a deposit, planning your build, organising timelines — only to have everything suddenly stop — is incredibly stressful. No family should feel like they’ve lost their hard-earned money.

At KC’s Roofing & Patios, we want to help those impacted.

If you had a patio or carport booked and have paid a deposit, we are offering to deduct that amount from your agreed contract price so you’re not left out of pocket.

We’re a long-standing, licensed and insured SE QLD company with a 5-star Google rating, and we’re doing our best to support as many homeowners as possible during this time.

If you or someone you know has been affected, please send us a private message with the project details. We’ll review everything free of charge and provide clear, honest guidance on the next steps.

You’re not alone in this — we’ll do everything we can to help.

Warm Regards
Brad
