Started from scratch and reinvested everything back into the business that first year. People always ask where the money came from. The answer is simple: hustle, belief, and putting every dollar I made back into making my life easier and my business stronger. This is how it began. (This is not a financial advice) 😀 i wouldn’t recommend to anyone doing what i done😇

Posting on social media changed my business and my life. I started small, just sharing my passion, and now brands are reaching out. And there are companies out there who help small businesses grow supporting us every step. Don’t stress about the negatives if you’re thinking of starting, just do it. You never know who’s watching or where it might take you. Keep going!

So many people underestimate what goes into lawn care 👇

Because it’s a low barrier entry business, a lot of cowboys jump in and start undercutting.

A few months later… you don’t see them anymore.

Why? Because they weren’t charging enough to actually run a business properly.

Makes you wonder are they even covering tax, insurance, and all the real obligations?

It’s not just a quick mow…

It’s equipment, fuel, maintenance, staff wages, insurance, travel time, and all the hidden costs behind the scenes.

And this is just basic math.

If the job is more labour-intensive, risky, or requires higher skill the price should reflect that depending on the contractor and the type of work.

At the end of the day, we’re not just cutting grass… we’re running a business.

I know I didn’t cover everything what do you guys charge, or what do you pay for your lawn?

Did I miss any big costs? Drop your thoughts in the comments 👇
