It's locked in. Water Polo Central West launches the 2026–27 season on Saturday 19 September, from 6:00pm, at the Orange City Bowling Club Auditorium — and we'd like the whole town there.
WPCW came together in late 2025, part-way through the summer season, so our first season had already started before we had a chance to mark it. This one we get to begin properly.
The same night, we're sending off two of our own. Aidan Wilson and Blake Moxon have both been selected to represent the ACT at the 2026 National State Championships in Melbourne, 29 September to 3 October — ten days after the launch. We'll be raising money towards what it costs to get them there.

Training nights, come-and-try and registrations are being finalised now, and we'll have all of it for you on the night along with what the club is planning for the year. If you know a family who has been thinking about giving water polo a go, the 19th is the night to bring them — they'll meet the whole club at once.
