::New Studio for a lovely customer wanting that extra space. A challenging exercise in council consents, soil tests, engineering, and a flood prone area - all hurdles overcome with a very patient client and builder. Great result!

::A while since I’ve posted anything, it’s been a busy few months here at OG Building Design. Then there is the whole, keeping up with the times and technology thing.
While there is a lot of ways to present a set of plans, sketches or details to a client, new techniques have to be explored. And sometimes, it’s about taking that leap and giving it a crack.
