We have some exciting news to share!

After a lot of planning and discussion, L & J Lawn & Garden Maintenance will officially be joining House & Haven Property Services.

This new chapter brings together Leslie’s years of experience in lawn and garden maintenance with my vision for House & Haven Property Services, creating one business that can offer a wider range of reliable property services to our community.

House & Haven Property Services remains proudly owned and operated by me, Jasmin, with Leslie joining me to help expand what we can offer. By combining our skills and experience, we’ll be able to provide even better service while making it easier for our clients to have all their property needs looked after in one place.

2. To enter, participants must:

3. Entries close at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, 22 July 2026.
4. The winner will be selected by Spin the Wheel from all eligible entries and announced on the Lawns And Garden Maintenance By L & J page on Thursday, 23 July 2026.
5. The prize consists of one (1) FREE Lawn Mow, Edging & Whipper Snip Package valued at up to $100.
6. The prize will be completed on Friday, 24 July 2026, unless another mutually agreed date is required due to weather, scheduling or availability.
7. The giveaway is available only to residential properties located within North Nowra and surrounding service areas. If the winner is outside our normal service area, an additional travel fee may apply or another winner may be selected.
8. The prize is valid for lawns that can be safely maintained using standard mowing equipment. Properties with excessive overgrowth, hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, restricted access or additional services required may incur additional charges or be deemed ineligible for the free service.
9. The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for any other service.
10. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, or cannot arrange a suitable booking within 30 days, Lawns And Garden Maintenance By L & J reserves the right to redraw the prize.
11. By entering, participants agree that their first name, suburb and photos of the completed work may be used for promotional purposes on the business’s social media pages, unless they request otherwise.
