Set up at York Garden Festival and was a bit concerned that the displays were at private houses but thanks to Nick and Elizabeth we had a very successful day and really enjoyed our stay in York.

Did you know wool can absorb between 20-30% moisture before it starts to feel wet. When the wool gets wet. When wool gets wet it actually release 10-20 kj of heat per kg of wool with 300 grams water. This why when you wool jumper gets wet it can still feel warm. When your jumper has passed its use by date you can bury in the garden to grow plants.

We had a great day at the Kalamunda Garden Festival on Sunday. It’s great to catch u with repeat customers and meet and educate new customers into using natural fertilisers. Finally met Faye from 100.1 Curtain FM who interviewed me on radio. Also ran into Sabrina Hahn who I gave some wool pellets at the Perth Garden Festival. Sabrina said the pellets are very interesting and are working well. Sabrina is also documenting the progress.

Kalamunda Garden Festival on next Sunday on Father’s Day. Treat Dad to a day out at the festival and while your there do him a favour to help his garden and buy him some Wool Pellets. While your buying his you may as well buy some for yourself. Come and ask me any questions you like and I’ll try and answer. We will have sample plants in potting mix, potting mix with wool added, sand and sand with wool added. Come and see the difference wool makes. See you there.
