Bellenden project finished up.
Vinyl planking was attached to the walls in one bedroom. When it was pulled off it pulled the paint and the paper off the plasterboard leaving a pitted mess. After sealing what was left I applied a few coats of filler to smooth the walls back out and finished them off with Ultra premium interior acrylic. Also had the privilege to paint the toilet and another bedroom out also. Added some “Pale Sage” for the features and all is now completed.

Render only around this home to prepare it for sale.
I use Haymes Paint Rendershield as it is the best product to bridge the hairline cracks on cement based render, preventing moisture getting in behind it which can potentially lift the render off the brick.

Project on Macdonnell Rd Margate now completed.
Peeling paint scraped, sanded and filled.
One coat of oil based undercoat, two coats of ultra premium ceiling flat applied.
Few orange walls painted too.
Client’s happy, even received a nice bottle of red.🙂

Lexicon Quarter above the belt rail, colour matched below. Satin varnish for wood work and straight white to ceilings.
