🏗️ 47 TOWNHOUSES. ONE PROJECT. ONE TEAM.

Take a look at one of our current commercial projects in Wooloowin.

47 townhouses, each getting a 14kW Samsung ducted system installed from the ground up. That is over 47 individual systems designed, coordinated and installed by the Functional Air QLD team.

A project this size requires planning, qualified tradespeople and a team that can deliver the same quality across every single unit consistently.

❄️ HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU SERVICE YOUR AC?

Most homeowners leave it way too long.

As a general rule, your system should be serviced every 12 months. If you're using it regularly, every 6 months is recommended to keep it running efficiently and cleanly.

Most homeowners assume it takes days. Here's the honest answer.

Single storey homes typically take around 6 to 8 hours. Two storey homes are closer to 12 hours or more depending on the complexity of the job.
