Are You Liable? ⚠️

This property had aftermarket access ramps installed, which was a great improvement for accessibility...

But there was a hidden problem.

Years of shade had allowed moss and mould to build up on the timber, creating an extremely slippery surface. Add a little rain, and the ramps had become a serious slip hazard.

That left the landlord exposed to a risk no property owner wants... someone getting injured.

Rather than replacing the entire ramps, we took a smarter approach:

✔ Treated and removed the mould and moss.
✔ Replaced unsafe and deteriorated timber boards.
✔ Applied two coats of Norglass non-slip coating to preserve the ramps and dramatically improve slip resistance.

The result was a safe, durable walking surface at around half the cost of complete replacement.

Sometimes you walk into a job and immediately wonder...

Someone had previously attempted to repair the ceilings in the bedrooms and bathroom. Unfortunately, the workmanship left a lot to be desired, and the repairs were destined to fail.
