House on a Hill - Ballarat (WIP)

It’s a 3-Bedroom Home but we’ve kept the ‘Master Bedroom’ detached from the second bathroom so it could be used as a second living space (Art, Music, Exercise, Reading, Play etc.) - However, it can be reconfigured as an Ensuite in the future.

Views are to the South.

Lloyd’s Redevelopment - Geelong (Under Construction).

In a perfect world, this building would be used a lot like Melbourne’s Curtin House (Swanston St) and we designed in such a way that if partitioning was required, it would follow a logical pattern.

The idea of the ‘eroded’ base detail was strategic, as it would ensure its longevity, contributing to the street character.

Though not our intention, comparisons to the nearby wool-stores is appropriate - we like those buildings.

Discarded Concept Option for Church redevelopment investigating the merits of pre-cast concrete.

Shed - Taggerty, Yarra Ranges (Vic.)

I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that one of the highlights of a road trip, is the shed sightings on the open road. Occasionally, when the family is not in tow, I’ll even pull over to get a better look.

Aesthetically, it’s their honesty, leanness and directness that makes them so attractive. But what we love most is that they are also a place of endless possibility… we need more of this.

Id all we ever designed were beautiful sheds, we would probably be a bunch of happy campers.
