some steady progress by Phil Turner with his team on another Hawley Esplanade project. The narrow block required another solution for offstreet parking that didnt include a 5m wide garage door which would dominate the facade. The upper level is stepped in for a smaller footprint to ensure the neighbours to the south still enjoy sunshine all year!. cant wait for an official tour!

Decided over the Xmas break to put in a little water feature at the back of my house which like anything - took way longer than anticipated but very happy with the end result! it adds a new dimension to an area of the garden which doesnt get much sun. The dogs love it too which is an unexpected bonus.

Site visit images from last week down the Tamar River. Brilliant opportunity to assist my client in conversion of this existing apple packing shed into a dwelling. Keep posted!
