Its not often Im cementing/puttying these days down in the dungeon. When staff are away and others are on sick leave, you gotta do what ya gotta do. It was a very enjoyable (but dirty) day. See story for results😎

Frank Lloyd Wright created such timeless designs. They worked back
in the day and still look great today.This
single door doubles up in the adjacent
mirror, creating a visual treat. We take

Stages of restoration once the lead has been carefully discarded. The glass needs a thorough clean to remove the decades old cement/putty. There are lots of pieces that make up each design, and all need to be prepared the same way ready to reassemble with the new lead matrix. It's a rewarding feeling knowing you have brought new life to an old panel that will be admired and last for decades to follow. If only we had that same privilege.

A pair of beautiful stained glass panels for a front door and fanlight. The background glass is clear, french, machine antique. The amber glass is mouth blown german antique glass that was originally used in the Cartier project. They really finished this beautifully renovated home.
