This deck is located extremely close to breaking surf, so using the right materials is crucial.
We’re using 316 marine-grade stainless steel fixings throughout the deck and Ultra roofing with corrosion-resistant screws to help withstand the harsh coastal conditions.
These materials cost more upfront, but they’re chosen for a reason — better corrosion resistance, longer-lasting results and fewer headaches down the track.
At Labella Construction, we’re not trying to be the cheapest builder. We’re focused on building things properly, using materials suited to the environment they’re going into.
