Another thing we love about our ALVA renovation is the entry level.

As you step inside, you’re greeted by a beautiful additional living space, perfect as a kids’ nook, play area or somewhere to simply retreat and unwind.

With a bedroom and bathroom also on this level, it creates the perfect setup for a teenage retreat or private guest suite, while the main living areas and remaining bedrooms sit upstairs.

It’s separation when you need it, connection when you want it and another example of how thoughtful design can make a home not only beautiful, but incredibly practical for every stage of family life.

Stunning spaces are one thing.

It’s the final push to get our Alva project completed ready for sale with

The team and trades are working hard on finishing up the inside; including final painting touch ups, joinery and fixtures as well as outside with the outdoor kitchen, pool and landscaping.

One of the other main custom timber feature arches are getting installed this week which is going to really set the tone of this coastal renovation.
