Corlette street the Junction working with Core project group. The client wanted full height precast panels. Saving multiple installations with big cranes. Cost saving ideas. Tight fit in the Junction Newcastle. A lot of pre installation design works in this one MPC design engineers, Tom from Core, and Thomas associates for a complex propping design. Ben driving the drafting. Adam for production. Josh, RJ and Pete the rigger from Beyond constructions for helping with the installation. Of cause the heavy lifters wheelers cranes.

Avacon precast is very proud to work with the Australia RAAF on a little project. Avacon supplied a custom made T wall the largest in the world for military use. It’s called the Avacon Beresfield and is larger then the USA Alaskan. Avacon had a very tight time line to fit in with air traffic at Williamtown RAAF base. Ben drafted a custom mould. Thomass associates work efficiently in design and the boys in the shop pulled the long hours. Avacon precast not just multi storey but custom civil as well.

Avacon precast recently completed lambton pool grandstand working for Precise build and structural steel supplied by BJL welding and Fabrication. Avacon completed the drafting services for both steel and precast using 3D TEKLA software. Customs forms were fabricated and the client opted for a Reckli form liner finish for anti slip for the kiddies.

11 mtrs long 2.4 wide 125mm thick.
The client wanted a single install over 2 days. The panels required additional internal steel to eliminate cracking and panel damage. Engineer certified by Thomas and associates consulting Pty Ltd.
