New Lambton project well and truly underway 🔨

We’ve stripped back the old cladding and started fresh — new insulation installed, breather wrap in place, and an aluminium ventilated cavity system locked in.

This cavity system is key 👇
✔️ Allows the walls to breathe
✔️ Prevents moisture transfer into the insulation
✔️ Improves overall durability of the build

By installing battens, we’re also able to straighten and true up the existing walls — setting everything up perfectly for the new cladding install.

We’ve been gradually transforming the backyard here in Jewells, with the pool area getting plenty of use over summer ☀️
The combination of P*K and glass fencing has come up beautifully and also creates a fantastic outlook from inside the home.
Another step closer to the finished look 🏡

As a family with two young boys, creating a space that is as functional, as it is stylish was of the utmost importance. Accessed directly off the garage, this room creates the perfect drop zone to hide the copious amount of bags, shoes and clothes.

We have created a space that feels truly luxurious, warm and timeless.

Nexgen has been busy working on many projects.
One more notable is our balcony reinstatement. The original balcony had a small pe*******on in the handrail which lead to water ingress rotting the timber framing.
Nexgen re built the balcony using JamesHardie fine texture cladding mimicking the render look and installed a grated drain prevent ponding during heavy rain events.
