Today we’re celebrating Mitch’s work anniversary! Since joining the team back in 2018, Mitch has become an absolute cornerstone of the business.

Not only is he a Director, but on any given day you’ll find him working as our Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Estimator, Project Manager... and still getting out on the tools as a Plumber! 🧰📋🏗️

Mitch, we honestly don't know how you keep all those plates spinning, but we are immensely grateful for the massive amount of effort, heart, and hustle you put into this business every single day.

Mitch is a backbone of the business, always the first to step up and lend a hand, always ready with solid advice for the boys and usually responsible for half the laughs in the office.

Big welcome to our newest 1st Year Apprentice, Jayden Popov! 🥳🛠️

Jayden’s story with us started when he came on board for a school work experience placement from our local high school. He loved the job so much he decided to extend it... and then loved it even more!

Seeing his drive and passion for the trade, Jayden made the big call to leave school and jump headfirst into his trade career. We are stoked to officially sign him up in conjunction with Apprentice Support Australia as he begins his Certificate III in Plumbing! 📜💪

It’s awesome to see a local young bloke take the leap and back himself. Make sure to say g'day and welcome Jayden to the team when you see him out on site! 🙌🚰

Exciting news out of Singleton! 🏊‍♂️✨ Our team is currently hard at work on a major commercial upgrade for Council at the Singleton Gym & Swim facility!

We are tackling the complete removal of the facility’s old gas hot water setup and replacing it with a high efficiency Rinnai commercial heat pump system. 🌿💧

A project of this scale takes top tier products and suppliers. As proud authorised Rinnai Service Agents, we love installing these systems because we know firsthand how reliable they are, whether for major commercial facilities or domestic home setups!

A massive shout-out to our friends at Tradelink for supplying the gear and ensuring all the equipment landed on site right on schedule. 🤝📦

The scope:
🔹Demo, excavation, and pouring a brand-new 42m² reinforced concrete slab with a Colorbond security enclosure.
🔹Electrical Infrastructure: Extending main site power to a new external plant power board. ⚡️
🔹Supply & install of 2x Rinnai Commercial Heat Pumps, four 1,000L storage tanks (4,000L total capacity!), circulating pumps and a new Aquablend TMV. 🚰

To ensure minimal downtime we'll testing all new pipework before shutting down the old system to keep disruptions to a minimum for Council and gym users.

Huge thanks to Singleton Council, Rinnai, and Tradelink for partnering with us on this energy-saving upgrade! 👏💪

If you’ve heard the news about Newcastle’s newest hotspot ’s at Shepherds Hill our crew was lucky enough to be a big part of making it happen! ☕️🌊

As part of the City of Newcastle’s incredible $1.8 million transformation of the 130 year old heritage listed site, our crew was brought in to handle the complete plumbing fit-out. That meant plumbing up a brand-new commercial kitchen and upgraded amenities to turn this iconic WWII coastal defence spot into a world class venue. 🛠️✨

Working on a site with so much history along the Bathers Way walk came with unique challenges, but the boys got in and crushed it.

Huge congrats to Noah and Blake from Noke Group on opening the doors! Next time you’re grabbing a coffee and taking in those insane ocean views, know that the pipes keeping the place running were proudly installed by our team! 🍻🚰

Cameron is joining our Construction team, working on project delivery across both minor and major works. He’s a fully qualified gun on the tools and brings a great attitude to the crew. We know he’s going to fit right in out on site.
