Something we always get asked is "okay so now what do we do?"

Before construction even begins, there are a few important steps we have to take.

From understanding your scope and budget, to plans, approvals and pricing, and most importantly, how you want your space to feel.

One of the biggest things we tell our clients is:

Don’t start by thinking about the renovation. Start by thinking about your lifestyle.

Ask yourself:
→ What frustrates you about this space every day?
→ What’s missing?
→ What would make life easier?
→ How do you actually want to use the space?

Once you know how you want your space to work for you, the renovation starts to take shape around that.

We opened up the living space by removing non-structural walls, creating a more open layout and allowing the kitchen and living areas to flow seamlessly together.

We also completely reimagined the layout of the bathroom and bedrooms to make better use of the space.

Doesn’t even look like the same apartment right?

From ambient lighting and automated blinds to seamless control from a dedicated iPad with its own charging station by the front door, every detail was designed to bring convenience, comfort and a premium finish to the space
