Our ocean st project getting some moment! We can’t wait to show you how it turns out. This home hadn’t been lived in for quite some time and was in desperate need of a revamp. We’ve removed truck loads of rubbish and still truck loads more to go! You won’t believe the changes when we’re finished

We like to design homes so they feel cohesive. We encourage you to choose a style and create a mood board so you don’t stray too far from it, allowing each room to flow.

Here we have Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3.
Each room has its own unique feature making them all different but still sitting within the same overall style.

Bedroom 1 – The Master
Features a fluted feature wall, skylights, wall sconces and a curved archway leading into the walk-in robe.

Bedroom 2 – The Nursery
Includes wainscoting on the walls for some wow factor. This room makes great use of the smaller space and would also work perfectly with bunk beds.

Bedroom 3
Features a built-in desk — perfect for teenagers, without taking away valuable floor space by needing to add a desk later.

Real talk - you won’t know if your builder’s done the right thing until years later.

Because most of what matters in a home lives behind the walls.

Framing. Ventilation. Waterproofing. Structural decisions.

You don’t see it on handover day.
You feel it over time.

That’s why choosing a builder isn’t really about finishes or photos.
It’s about judgement. Integrity. And the decisions being made when no one’s watching.

We’ve walked into homes where everything looks great on the surface, like a Pinterest board in reel life - and underneath, there are shortcuts you only discover years down the track.

So when you’re choosing a builder, look beyond the pretty stuff.

Ask how they build.
Ask how they make decisions.

And ask for references from jobs, not just recent ones, but jobs they did five years ago - that’s how you really find out.

Because a good home isn’t built for today.
It’s built for the long run.

Most people miss this when choosing a builder.

You’re inviting this person into your home - often at 7am, when your teeth aren’t brushed yet, your hair’s still scruffy, and you’re standing there bleary-eyed with your first coffee in hand.

There’ll be weeks with no floors.

Nowhere to cook a simple piece of toast.

Trades coming and going.

Kids trying to get ready for school (and throwing tantrums) around it all.

Renovations are intrusive. They take over your space and your routine.
So liking your builder matters.

Feeling comfortable talking to them matters.
Being able to ask questions without feeling awkward matters.
Having someone who understands family life matters.

(No shade to the grumpy old bastards out there 😅 - but being friendly helps)

I’m a family man myself - and I get that this isn’t just a job site. It’s your home.

And when you’re living through the messy middle, having someone friendly, respectful, and easy to deal with makes all the difference.
