Another poorly designed box gutter.

This gutter simply wasn't deep enough, had no fall, and allowed water to pool. Once leaves and debris built up, it was only a matter of time before it overflowed and caused leaks.

A box gutter isn't just a tray to catch water—it needs the correct depth, adequate fall, and proper design to drain efficiently. Cutting corners on design often leads to expensive water damage down the track.
