QUAD Construction was named winner of the Medium Density Projects - 5 or More Dwellings category at the 2026 Master Builders Newcastle Excellence in Building Awards.

The winning project was Clerkenwell, New Lambton which was completed earlier this year.

We're incredibly proud of our team for delivering this project to such a high standard. The recognition from Master Builders means a lot.

This award wouldn't be possible without our valued client, the design and consultant team who all did an amazing job. Congratulations to everyone involved!
