The view from a 60m mountain ash, growing directly over this clients house (yes thats a roof down there in the scrub).
The tree was bifurcated at the base and half of it had fallen over, luckily to miss the house.
No second chances were being taken and so we removed the remaining part of the tree.

What a weight/size reduction looks like.

This is quite a heavy prune but the best option in terms of action to take on a tree encroaching on your home and safety.

This tree was lopped in the past which is not a good practice.

This prune has now given the main dominant branches room to take charge of growth, returning this tree to a like-natural shape.

It will never be perfect but it’s a step in the right direction 👍🏼

Before and After 🧹

Removed this gum that had well and truely passed its expiration date for a customer today.

The old girl was leaning straight for the house and over the top of their sons sandpit 🙅‍♂️ It had to go!

2 hours was all that was needed to get it on the ground. No chipping necessary as the customer was happy to tackle the cleanup through a bit of chainsaw work and 🔥, perks of living out bush! 🌳
