Re-bedding ridges due to no weep holes.

Weep holes are designed for the trapped moisture/water get out of the ridge cap. If they are not installed water sits behind the mortar bed and softens it and it eventually separates away from the top tiles. This will need re-bedding.

This used to be monument. I would say that the previous painter watered down the paint to reduce costs. This is the results, a roof that didn’t last and needs stripping back to tile and restoring.
