This light just fixed a 31m pipe! Here’s how 👇🏼

A new liner soaked in UV curing resin is pulled into the old pipe. It’s blown up with air so it presses tight against the pipe wall. The light train goes in which is a chain of UV lights on wheels. It’s winched slowly back through the pipe. The UV light sets the train hard as it passes. Once it’s through, you’ve got a brand new pipe inside the old one without any need to dig it up and replace it!

Yes, you can fix a drain under your slab without digging it up. 🔍

At this North Coogee home, the pipe under the slab was damaged. Instead of breaking up the floor, we sent in a robotic cutter to clear the damaged section from the inside, then relined the pipe with a new structural liner.

No jackhammers. No torn-up floors. No weeks of mess. The floor stayed exactly where it was.

Blocked courtyard drain? We found the culprit on this one. 🔍

A blocked stormwater drain turned out to be a cracked bend hiding underground. One broken elbow was enough to stop water flowing and back it up into the courtyard.

Our camera inspection tracked the blockage down, so we dug exactly where we needed to, replaced the damaged bend, and got everything flowing again.

Slow draining or pooling water after rain? Get it checked before it becomes a bigger job.

Not every drain starts underground. 🏠⬆️

Some of the trickiest blockages begin way up on the roof. Here in Scarborough, our tech harnessed up to feed the camera straight down the drain, so we could see exactly what was going on inside the pipe.

Toilet keeps blocking? It’s probably roots. 🌳

This is what we pulled out of ONE toilet line in Maida Vale. Tree roots find tiny cracks or joins in old pipes, move in, and keep growing until the line blocks up again.

Plunging or chemicals won’t fix it because the roots are still in there. The real fix is jetting them out and then checking the pipe with a camera.

Slow drains, gurgling toilets or repeat blockages? Don’t wait for it to back up.

Today’s inspection was in Hammond Park, Perth. Today was all about checking what’s going on beneath the ground. Getting drainage right early means no pooling water, no damp problems, and no expensive surprises down the track. It’s not the glamorous part of a new home build, but it’s one of the most important.
