Supplied, installed and finished from start to finish.

Stained to bring out the natural timber grain, then finished with a matt clear coat for protection and a clean, premium finish.

Low cost solution for a ,large custom sized door!

Load-bearing wall removal. Existing non-structural wall replaced with engineered LVL beams and structural posts. Built right. Built to last. 🔨

What started as a simple wall removal turned into a structural surprise. 🔨

Once we opened it up, it became obvious this wall was carrying far more load than expected. The roof structure was bearing onto it through multiple props, with the ceiling joists also landing on the top plate.

The biggest surprise? Underneath all that load there was very little supporting it. Time to do it properly.

We installed a new engineered structural beam and rebuilt the support system so the loads are transferred correctly. Safe to say this house now has a whole lot more structural integrity than it did before.

This is exactly why you never assume what’s hiding behind plaster. Every house tells a different story.
