Why a Flyover, and not a fascia attached patio? 🏡

A Flyover sits above your existing roofline instead of butting into it. Two things that gets you: light keeps coming into the rooms behind it, and hot air escapes over the top rather than sitting under a low ceiling.

It's the one we recommend most often when the patio is going on the north or west side of the house. Not always the right answer, but worth asking about before you commit to a fascia attached design.
