And that’s a wrap for 2025.

As the year comes to a close, we want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported Biltar throughout the year. To our incredible clients for trusting us to deliver your homes. To our dedicated trades your commitment, craftsmanship, and ability to go above and beyond is what allows us to meet deadlines and maintain our standards, and to the architects and designers we thank you for continually putting us forward and collaborating with us to bring these visions to life.

This year we proudly handed over three projects across Emerald, Beaconsfield, and Middle Park, and were honoured to be nominated in the Master Builders Excellence Awards for our Pakenham project.

A special thank you to everyone involved in helping establish and support Biltar’s expansion into Queensland an exciting chapter that we’re incredibly proud of.

We’re grateful for the journey so far and look forward to what’s ahead in 2026

Biltar is proud to be now building in Queensland, beginning with this stunning canal-front knockdown rebuild in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. Namale is a contemporary coastal home defined by clean architectural lines, layered natural stone, warm timber screening, and lush landscaping—crafted to embrace refined canal-side living. A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this exciting new chapter to life.
