Alan Rudge Architects has been busy working on the draft Bowraville Masterplan. There will be a public exhibition of the draft Masterplan from 24 May 2021 to 21 June 2021 - refer to Nambucca Valley Council's website.

A $4-million wishlist for Bowraville will be considered by the Nambucca Valley Council this week under a draft masterplan for the town. The plan is consistent with the heritage of the town while adding some sorely needed upgrades.

Recently-approved DA by Byron Shire Council for Paschal & Yukka. A fully-sustainable high-end 40 seat restaurant overlooking the best view in the World... from Coorabell to the Byron Lighthouse. This follows an earlier approval of a DA for a Dual Occupancy at the northern end of their property..... five hard years of coordination and negotiations with Consultants, Council and the local community. Congratulations Paschal & Yuuka!

Latest D.A. approval at Tallwoods, Forster for Kath & Col Cameron. Sustainably designed to "trap" the winter sun and "expel" the summer heat via high set louvres. Built on a steep south facing site, the design allows for expansive views to the south while the "arms" of the building enclose the sheltered north facing courtyard.
