We are based on the Sunshine Coast of Australia and have been in operation since 2006. I, Joshuel, have been building since 1996 in New Zealand and have been building on the coast since 2001. ered a HIA housing awards competition and came away with first prize for a large renovation we completed in Castaways Beach, Noosa. Since then we have built duplexes, large and small renovations, new homes, timber decks and patio areas, repairs and extensions to existing homes. We pride ourselves with quality workmanship and use only the finest material to establish ourselves as per our motto, “Maximo Homes – A Symbol of Quality”. One of our unique qualities I believe is our ability to “Tailor make” every job as per our customers ability and needs. We value every customer no matter the size of project as we believe word of mouth advertising to be our biggest asset. In this new era of building and climate change we promote energy efficient building practices and design and relay that to you, the customer, for better living conditions and economics.
