JJ’s Landscape & Property Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for quality people to join our team.
We currently have multiple positions available across our Landscape Construction and Property Maintenance divisions.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
✔ Qualified Landscape Construction Lead
✔ Landscape Maintenance Team Leader
✔ Landscape Labourers / Offsiders – 2 Positions
🛠️ QUALIFIED LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LEAD
We’re looking for an experienced, qualified Landscape Construction professional who can confidently lead a crew of 2–4 people and run landscaping projects from start to finish.
💰 $40–$50 per hour + Super + Incentives
Pay dependent on qualifications, experience and capability.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading and organising a landscaping crew
• Planning jobs and delegating tasks
• Keeping projects moving efficiently
• Landscape construction
• Timber & Colorbond fencing
• Retaining walls
• Site preparation & earthworks
• Turf installation
• Maintaining quality control throughout projects
• Communicating with clients and management
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is qualified in Landscape Construction
• Has previous experience leading and managing a crew
• Can confidently lead a team of 2–4 people
• Has strong practical landscaping/construction experience
• Can take ownership of projects from start to finish
• Has a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Is reliable, organised and a strong communicator
• Holds a current driver’s licence
Highly desirable, but not essential:
• Strong fencing experience
• QBCC licence
This is a hands-on leadership position. We want someone who can lead from the front, work alongside their crew and take ownership of getting jobs completed efficiently and to a high standard.
🌱 LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER
We’re also looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a 2–3 person property maintenance crew.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing and organising the crew
• Mowing and edging
• Brushcutting
• Hedging and pruning
• W**d control
• Acreage and large property maintenance
• Client communication
• Quality control
• Daily job management
We’re looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and confident taking responsibility for their crew and the quality of work delivered.
👷 LANDSCAPE LABOURERS / OFFSIDERS – 2 POSITIONS
We’re looking for motivated people who:
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Want to learn and develop new skills
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Are physically fit and capable
• Work well as part of a team
• Are reliable and punctual
• Take pride in their work
Experience with mowing, hedging, brushcutting, landscaping or general property maintenance is preferred, but not essential for the right person.
A driver’s licence and White Card are preferred.
