We selected a new product for this roof to minimise the negative impact of the view, it’s a flat solid 3mm panel that doesn’t require battens, only rafters at 600mm on centre.

It is easily the clearest polycarbonate I’ve ever worked with and the easiest to install!

Some timber is old, some had to be new, at least there’s timber in every room.

This original timber floor has come up an absolute treat!

You can never be sure of how an old floor will look, but this one has surpassed my expectations.

Great colour variation and even the patched and relaid areas flow seamlessly.

This was all about a balance of boosting thermal performance, managing moisture, budget considerations and matching our original aesthetic.

In consultation with the architect, we landed on a roof assembly with high-performance insulation and a building wrap that keeps everything protected for the long run, without changing the look.

This is beyond a joke, some AI app desk jockey thinks that it’s ok to straight up steal content.

I have always tried to stay true to myself on socials, no paid ads, no pushing brands that I don’t use personally.
