The way we build homes in the Northern Rivers needs to change.
Homes need to be designed and built in a way that truly understands and works with our subtropical climate… not against it.
From moisture-conscious building practices and passive design principles, to airflow, ventilation and thoughtful material selection, healthier homes begin with builders who understand our unique climate and how homes actually perform in it over time.

The conversations throughout the day were a reminder that better building is possible, even on a budget.
And that healthier, high-performing homes don’t need to feel out of reach.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came through, asked thoughtful questions, and took interest in building homes that are better suited to the way we live and the climate we live in.
