Red alert!

This project’s framing requires a minimum of 90x35 LVL with some walls being 190mm.

The red alert lvls are much heavier than standard framing timber but the benefits far outweigh the negatives!

All of these frames have been pre-packed off the polished concrete slab therefore eliminating the need to pack ribbon plates.

There’s lots of special details on this project that really set this build apart!
