80 year old Baltic Pine rejuvenated after 30 years. From dark to light and bright.
Done in two stages due to limited space to store a house full of furniture.
Stage 2 was once the original back veranda but was in closed in the 50’s or 60’s to extend the house.

Customer was apprehensive about their floor, worried that it wasn’t able to be sanded. The entire house was quoted but first they just wanted to do the smallest room to see how it would turn out before committing to the rest of the house. Guess who just locked in the rest of the house.🙋🏼‍♂️
