Mid-Mountains Garden Festival coming up in Sept 🌿🌿💦

A snapshot of what you'll see when our 11 gardens open to the public this Spring over the weekends of 12-13 & 19-20 September...

Back when this Festival first started in 1984, it relied on black and white photocopies of pamphlets, mailbox drops and parents driving up and down the mountains to put posters up on community boards, chats with neighbours and friends, to get the word out.

A lot of that still happens today but we also have the added benefit of online, digital space and the opportunity to reach more people, further afield.

If you're in a local gardening group or know a garden lover who would be keen to visit, share this post to let them know. We'd love to see you all in our gardens!

A very cool project in Katoomba 🌿🙌

Working with the natural slope and beautiful bush surrounds, we created a series of recycled timber retaining walls, steps and entertaining spaces - including the perfect spot for a barrel sauna and fire pit 🔥

We love how the rustic timber and natural materials sit so comfortably within this Blue Mountains setting.

Practical, functional and full of character - classic FPL! 🌿💕

Love this front entrance in Blaxland - stunning work by the FPL team!! 🙌💖

Feature sandstone retaining walls, natural stone capping, travertine paved pad and stairs, new garden beds and planting, fresh turf to tie everything together.

Thursday site visits are back on! 🙌🌿

It’s been a long while, but with the boys working just around the corner and little Isla getting bigger (and proudly wearing her work boots 👷‍♀️🥾), I’ve been able to head back out onto site again.

Even more exciting, Jerry is visiting the mountains and working with Luke and Nate for a while.

Pool paving progressing beautifully here around the rain days - more progress photos to come over the coming weeks! ☔️💦 .

Well we wrapped up this Wentworth Falls project this week 🙌🎉
