A proper fibreglass pool resurfacing job doesn’t stop at the waterline 👌

Where required, we lift the surrounding edge pavers to expose the entire top lip of the pool. This allows us to prepare and resurface the full shell, wrapping the new fibreglass system properly over the edge instead of leaving a weak or unfinished section hidden beneath the paving.

The pool is then thoroughly sanded and inspected, with any osmosis, cracks, delamination or damaged fibreglass repaired before applying the new fibreglass, fill coat and Aquaguard gelcoat finish.

It takes a little more work, but it means the entire pool is completed properly—not just the areas you can see.

This one required two layers of 300gsm fibreglass matting after we uncovered a previous resurfacing job that hadn’t been completed to the standard it should have been. Rather than cutting corners, we removed the failed work and rebuilt the surface properly to ensure a strong, long-lasting finish.
