As temperatures drop (especially here in the Hills!), water pipes can freeze, causing low water pressure, burst pipes, and major water damage. The sooner frozen pipes are dealt with, the less chance there is of a burst pipe causing extensive damage❄️

With the end of May, we bring you a very special Dog of the Week 🐾

You may have had the honour of meeting these four legged friends before - if not, may we introduce: Frankie & Bruce (the apprentices), and Ziva & Gracie (the bosses kids).
As you can see, they follow their roles quite well - Frankie & Bruce out on the road, helping out our customers, while Ziva & Gracie oversee Vince putting in the early mornings (and late nights!) to get paperwork done when he's not attending to jobs.

Where would we be without them!🦴🤎

🐀 Rodents & Rehau 🐀
This week we attended two water leaks, both with the same cause - rats chewing through pipe in a desperate attempt to reach water.

Rodents that have consumed rat bait become severely dehydrated and will try to get water any way they can, including chewing through very thick rehau.

Some ways to avoid this:
👉 Seal entry ways so they cannot get into the space
👉 Leave out an alternate water source
👉 Add physical protection to your pipes
