As we are looking toward retirement we have not posted recent work but due to false credibility of our work given to another business, we may need to share our recent jobs with alot more description and detail for proof purposes. (A boring read but unfortunately necessary đŸ˜…)
- full bathroom layout design plan with consultation from owner of residence
- gutting of existing bathroom with assistance from owner of residence
- topping and leveling of bathroom floor
- angle grinding and rendering of limestone walls
- filled plumbing and electrical chases
- fixing poorly fitted underfloor heating powerfeed properly into wall/floor chase
- waterproofing application to walls, floor and all internal corners
- tiling of bathroom floor
- removal of pre-maturely fixed cornice (due to poor listening skills of builder)
- tiling of bathroom walls to ceiling height
- wall niche build
- grout and silicone application
Additional work for this residence include:
- design and layout of of laundry cupboards, sink and benchtop with assistance of Bunnings Warehouse
- removal of existing tiles in laundry and w/c
- angle grinding and rendering preparation of laundry and w/c walls
- angle grinding and topping preparation of laundry and w/c floors
- angle grinding and topping of back entrance floor
- tiling to laundry, w/c and back entrance floors
- tiling to laundry/back entrance skirting and w/c walls to 1200 height
- tiling to laundry splashback
- grout and silicone application
Note: Some work on this job has not been photographed as we did not think we would need evidence, although I do have work journals with all dates and tasks if it is needed.
