We are seeking a Plant & Machinery Operator to join our team based in Moruya, South Coast NSW. This is a casual position, with the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate.

Position Details:
Role: Plant & Machinery Operator
Location: Moruya, South Coast NSW
Pay Rate: $35–$45 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Road construction and maintenance works
- Demolition projects
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Safe and efficient operation of plant and machinery
- Working collaboratively within a small, skilled team

Essential Requirements:
- HR Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Previous experience in civil construction or earthworks
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work reliably and take direction on-site

Desirable (but not essential):
- Plant and machinery tickets (excavator, loader, dozer, etc.)
