Why use Screw Piles under a concrete pool?

Reactive soils swell and shrink with the seasons — enough to crack an unsupported pool over time. On this Mornington build, we recently drove piles down to stable ground first, so the pool's load bypasses the moving topsoil entirely. Built once, built to stay put.
