Let's take a moment to focus on one of our favourite groundcovers — dichondra. There's a reason it keeps finding its way into our designs.
This low-growing groundcover does something that's hard to achieve with hard landscaping alone — it carefully softens. Planted alongside a single paved pathway, it creeps to the edges, fills the gaps, and turns something purely functional into something you actually notice. The contrast between the cool hardness of the paving and the fine, round leaves sitting just below it is quiet but considered.
It's also remarkably resilient. Once established, dichondra asks for very little while giving back a lot — staying low, spreading evenly, and keeping its colour through the seasons.
Always bringing the perfect softness to complete a home.
