Great projects don't happen without great people behind them. We're adding to our team!
We're currently taking expressions of interest from experienced designers, draftspersons or architects who are ready to take ownership of projects, contribute to a growing studio, and help us elevate what we deliver to our clients.
We work across residential, multi-residential and commercial projects, with a focus on delivering considered, buildable design outcomes from concept through to approval.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, builders and consultants, lead creative processes, and take real ownership of projects from start to finish.
What you'll be doing:
- Running projects from design concept through to building approval
- Working across residential, multi-residential, commercial and change of use projects
- Producing high-quality construction documentation and 3D models
- Coordinating consultants and managing project timelines
- Communicating directly with clients, builders and consultants
What we're looking for:
- Formal qualifications in drafting, building design, architecture or a related design discipline (essential)
- ArchiCAD proficiency including 3D modelling (essential)
- Proven experience across both residential and commercial project types
- An interest in design quality, not just documentation
- A strong technical skillset and understanding of construction and local planning schemes
- Precise, high-quality documentation with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A solutions-focused, problem-solving mindset
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative
