Interesting fact : Most residents don’t know MPS council will only approve a muted colour scheme, with external colours having less then 40% reflectivity! So that’s no colorbond surfmist etc etc and if you look around the Mornington Peninsula do you see white homes…

It was such a pleasure to re-visit this perfectly petite home in Sandringham four years on.
This front facade will always remain one of my favourites. The tongue and groove Accoya cladding with Wocca oil has not needed re-coating, and still looks as good as ever.
